Hello, my name is Joanne Lane and I work for Swansea Local Health Board.
The Local Health Board has a responsibility to work with other organisations in Swansea, like Social Services, the Hospital and Community Lives Consortium.
We work together to make sure that plans are in place that will help improve people's health, as well as the health services that are available in Swansea.
There are more than 240,000 people living in the Swansea area, and the Local Health Board is responsible for co-ordinating health care services for all of these people.
This includes, making sure that people know how to find information about doctors, dentists, chemists and opticians in Swansea.

We also work closely with the local hospitals to make sure that they provide a wide range of health services for the people of Swansea.
The Local Health Board is really keen to involve you in our work to improve the services locally.
