The Wales Learning Disability Helpline gives YOU direct contact with the Mencap Cymru Community Support Team and Independent Support and Information Service (ISIS)
Your call to Mencap Cymru is confidential and free.

- Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00pm and
- Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm

Once you have contacted us, Mencap Cymru promises to support you until your problem is dealt with.
If you need someone to come and visit, we will make sure that you are contacted with 2 working days.
If you continue to need our help we will support you until your problem is solved or decide that you do not need our help any longer.
