In January 2005 we comleted the building of a new hydrotherapy pool with the help of the Big Lottery Fund. We also had a very generous response from the local community who donated over £20,000. We are now able t o provide access to regular therapy that will reduce spasm, improve muscle tone and strength, improve mobility, independence and self-confidence.
We also have a hoist to help people get in and out of the pool.
The pool was opened by our Patron, Catherine Zeta Jones.
Her husband, Michael Douglas, also came with her.
