Other People who can help.
The Consortium Tenants Group
- This is a group of Tenants who use Consortium services. They meet together to say what they think, to ask for things to be changed and give their ideas.
- The Tenants group meet regularly at Consortium offices.

- This project can help people speak up about the services that they use they can be contacted on (01792) 646573
Professionals outside the Consortium
My Social Worker or Community Nurse

My Social Worker or Community Nurse can help me if I don’t understand something about the way that the Consortium is supporting me.
They will also help me to make complaints if I don’t want to speak to any Consortium staff about myself.
Other health professionals
I may also get help from other people who can help me get the most out of living in the Community.
These people include:

The Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales
The Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales is there for people who live in Registered Care or Supported Living. I can talk to them about any concerns or problems that I have. They will also visit me to talk to me about my service.

What information should I have when using Consortium services?
My Keyworker should give me these booklets when I first start using Consortium services.
- TheConsortium Service User Guide and Statement of Purpose.
- Complaint and Compliments Procedure.
Some of these booklets are available as a CD or video. I can ask my staff to get these for me.
Other Information I can have from the Consortium:
- Copy of most recent inspection report from either the CSIW or The Local Authority team.
- Detailed information on other Consortium Policies.
- Quality assurance information produced by the Consortium.
- If I want this information I can ask my staff to get it for me.
